What is image coaching?
Image coaching is about enhancing each aspect of your professional and personal image so that you always look your best!
Your personality is not the first thing people see. Appearance matters and can reveal a lot about you. Image coaching will help you to take advantage of it and use it to shed light on who you really are.
How are we going to proceed during your consultation?
We start by identifying your best colors based on your individual characteristics such as your skin tone and the color of your eyes and hair.
Are you more warm colors or cold colors? Bright colors or faded colors? Light colors or dark colors? The most important thing is to never let the color dominate. Eyes and complexion should be enhanced by the color but certainly not outshined.
The right colors will make you look ten years younger and brighten your complexion.
After the color analysis, we will identify the lines of your silhouette. Remember: to be beautiful means to be yourself. And you need to accept yourself first.
We will analyze your morphology in order to determine the clothes that will complement your natural body shapes.
Last but not least, let us establish your style together! What are your style preferences? What are your expectations and current life goals?
I want to get a sense of who you are, and where you stand with your style and your perception of yourself. Timeless or avant-garde? Natural or glamour? Sporty or chic?
It is all about choosing the outfit that will send the right message at the right time in the right place!
Image and style are related to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual states of a person. When your best assets are maximized, your self-esteem is boosted. A boosted self-esteem will build a positive attitude.
