Confessions of a watch addict

It is said that the first step in treating an addiction is admitting you're addicted. On the other hand, I can resist everything but temptation and as Oscar Wilde mentioned it once "the only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to it". I love Wilde.

I have recently discovered the Danish brand Skagen, their mission attracted my attention at once : combine the inspiration of the Danish design perspective with contemporary innovation. Simple, functional watches with a quality feel. The brand has been founded in 1989, and can be now found... almost everywhere (80 countries).

I like the soft sky blue shade of the cardboard box. I like the minimalist packaging and the thin letters.

Moreover, I learned that the brand is committed to ethical and responsible conduct in all of their operations. Skagen is striving to ensure that human rights are upheld for all workers involved in the process, and that individuals experience safe, fair and non-discriminatory working conditions.
